ARMY CIVILIAN SERVICE COMMENDATION MINI

This award consists of a mini medal mounted on a card in a plastic sleeve. This is the updated version of the Commanders Award for Civilian Service. Formally part number JDT-58-230 and JDT-CIV-022 and JDT-58-261 It is approved by commanders in the rank of colonel (O 6) and above or civilian equivalent, with authority to further delegate to members of the SES and general officers. Authority may not be further delegated. Employees who have established a pattern of excellence, normally recognized through the previous receipt of one or more honorary or monetary performance awards, may be considered for this award.
